We were vacationing in CO and were leaving Denver and heading home after visiting a friend in Denver area for two days. But our car broke down and we were towed to the auto shop. at first it looked like it’s going to take till the next day to get the car fixed so we booked the Comfort Inn. But the skillful auto mechanic got our car fixed in the late afternoon and we’d really prefer to start our drive east before it got dark. So we stopped at the Comfort Inn and explained our situation and asked if we could cancel and get our refund back. The manager was so kind and was willing to talk to Booking.com and give her consent to accept the cancellation. We were charged by the Booking.com at the time of the online booking. When we arrived at Comfort Inn the manager said she didn’t see the booking on her system, but she was very patient because it took quite a while for us to get connected with the Booking.com over the phone. We were told the refund will be issued. We don’t see it yet but I understand it takes a few weeks.

the best thing about our stay was the front office staff, specifically Jerry. It was a New Years eve and the weather was awful (ice and snow) he told us about an amazing steakhouse that is really close to the hotel (Mickeys) it was exceptional get the fillet. Then when we came back our car battery in our key fob was bad. nothing close has a cr2032 button at 9 pm in an ice storm. Jerry had one in his car and gave it to us. Wouldn’t accept any money for it just said pay it forward. I will Jerry. thank you for making our New Year’s Eve special.

I loved that this hotel was enough removed from Downtown Denver, yet easy on I25. The area is kind of industrial but it in no way felt uncomfortable and the grounds were well maintained. Our room was an ADA accessible on the first floor which I requested. It was quiet and very comfortable. Ample plillows and comfy bed. Breakfast was outstanding. Hot and well stocked and served. The eating area was kept immaculate by staff with thorough table cleaning between guests. The staff was very accommodating!

The room was clean, spacious, security was good. The breakfast was good with lots of options. When I asked for ear plugs they gave them to me. The location to our events that were downtown made it convenient since it was only a 9 minute drive downtown, but far away that we didn't deal with the downtown congestion.

Jaimey was helpful and kind. It was a rare find to actually have a hot breakfast complimentary, bed was clean and very comfortable, big screen TV and lots of provisions like bath needs towels, toiletries, did not take $100 deposit like other places and you can pay when you arrive etc...
